Mary LuAnn Jones, 52, of Lafayette, formerly of Indianapolis and Birmingham, Alabama, passed away at 10:12 a.m. on Sunday, January 26, 2014 in her parent's home. Born February 23, 1961 in Atlanta, Georgia, she was the daughter of Wiley A. Jones (wife, Dr. Anabel R. Jones) of Lafayette and the late Margaret Rebecca (McPhaul) Jones. She was a graduate of Lafayette Jefferson High School and received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Purdue University.
Mary was an office manager at Purdue for 17 years. She was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and enjoyed gardening, reading books, cooking, and bird watching.
Surviving with her father and step-mother are her brother, Wiley Daniel Lynn Jones (wife, Susan) of Birmingham, AL, step-brother, Warren L. Wagner (wife, Allison Lynch) of Boston, MA; niece, Lauren Margaret Jones and nephew, Wiley Daniel Taylor Jones.

Memorial service Saturday, February 22, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church, 404 N. 6th St., Lafayette, IN, followed by a visitation and a meal provided by the family. Memorial contributions may be made to Be the
