I remember Ned many many years ago when he worked at Wallman's in Monticello, I'm sure he will be missed, he was always nice and courteous and pleasant to work with.

Mr Boyer was a very nice guy. I am also a substitute teacher for Lafayette School Corp. I have passed him in the hallways, sharing a few laughs about some experiences we shared, will working in the schools. My daughter always enjoyed having him as her substitute teacher. Sorry to the family for their loss. He will be missed.

I have memories of Ned in two realms -- one as a substitute teacher and one as a grandfather of Murdock students. As a sub, Ned was always happy to be here, working with kids. He was flexible and ready to do whatever we asked, and was extremely reliable. As a grandfather, he was again always ready to help. I am sure it was great comfort to his son and daughter-in-law to know that if one of the kids needed
